Report on "PAINT HOPE on WALL" art event in Tokyo with colorful paint made from cosmetics that could not be marketed as the final products.

We encourage every individual to find and foster hope in themselves throughout life.

In 2022, aiming to open up children's creativity and bring out their uniqueness through expressing themselves,
we held an art workshop "PAINT HOPE on WALL ~Let's draw a big smile together!~".
Paint used in this event is made from prototypes of makeup items that could not be marketed as the final products.

A sheet of drawing paper is not the only canvas.
There are more colors than those in crayons and paint. Looking up and drawing all over with broad sweeps of the arm.
Mixing colors on a palette and adding layers on the canvas.

Finding their own uniqueness through looking themselves from a different viewpoint and thinking in a different way.
KANEBO believes that it brings HOPE for tomorrow.

KANEBO offers a special experience for children where they can exercize their creative energy and
enjoy drawing with paint made from makeup items that could not be marketed as the final products.

Live painting performed by Jun Horide, an artist of "holiday", inspires children and teaches them how to draw.

Letting children enjoy drawing freely on the wall (using tools such as a brush).

Photo-shooting by a professional photographer.
The photos taken with their own artwork are offered as a gift for a special memory of this experience.

Smiling at sparkles of paint made from cosmetics.
Being fascinated with the wall and texture of paint.
Feeling a little bit nervous in front of the high wall.

We hope that children get inspiration from the paint and the space
that are different from usual and find their own potential.
