Keiji Ito
Born in Tokyo in 1958.
Works in advertising, publishing, and music-related graphic design, art direction, and video production.
“Active Wire” (Haja Center, Korea), “Close-up of Japan Exhibition” (San Paulo Art Museum, Brazil), “Buzz Club-News from Tokyo” (P.S.1/MoMA, NYC, USA), “Exhibition Shibuparu” (Shibuya PARCO MUSEUM), collaborating with Keiichi Tanaami, “Looking for the 4th Dimension with works of Salvador Dali and Contemporary Art” (Fukushima Morohashi Museum of Modern Art), solo exhibition ”VERDE CÓSMICO” (Bakuro cho PARCEL), and more in Japan and internationally. His major works include “LA SUPER GRANDE” and “NEW WORLD.”
Ito serves as a professor at Kyoto University of the Arts and its Graduate School.
