Enjoy your time in the bath after

a rough day, with your favorite aromas and deep breathing.

Time to let the day melt away.

A lot of people might find it difficult to make time for themselves with their days filled with work and family duties. You want to get rid of all those things that pop into your head- what didn’t go well, or what you shouldn’t have said that day. Having a bath is an opportunity to let everything that’s blocking you up just melt away.

With “aroma” and “deep breathing” as your allies...

There is a lot of information about the effects of taking a bath, and here we’d like to propose incorporating your favorite aromas, and deep breathing. When you want to relax, how about using lavender or geranium, or when you want to feel refreshed how about grapefruit or orange-based aromas.

However, remember that the same aromas don’t necessarily have the same effect on everyone and that people react to aromas differently. So there’s no point in forcing yourself to use an aroma that’s too strong or you don’t really like , which can adversary affect your body and mind. Be aware of what aromas you like and how strong you like them, and try to make yourself conscious of aromas.*

Once you’ve got your favorite aroma sorted, now you can start relaxing through deep breathing. Breathe in slowly and gradually through your nose, and then over the same period of time completely expel that air. Focusing solely on taking deep breaths will give you the chance to free your mind, even if only for a moment.

And after your bath...

Did you manage to find your time in the bath?
You might notice the tension between your eyes and in your shoulders has been released. Tomorrow is just around the corner. And so, drift gently into sleep.
